Pre Workout is a supplement that's in almost everyone's arsenal. Pre workout supplements increase energy and motivation to get to the gym, but beyond that, do they have much benefit?
Pre-workout supplements boast of their abilities to increase strength and muscle gains, enhance muscular endurance, and improve blood flow and muscle pumps. However, these are just that, claims. There's little independent evidence supporting pre-workouts ability to provide any of these benefits to a significant degree. That is why I am trying pre workout (C4 brand) in a very controlled manner. I am following the exact same workout program and the same diet as I did before taking pre workout. I took body measurements, strength measurements, and photos before and after the program so that now I can repeat the same program.
