I spent years researching the best ways to get fit and found no consensus amongst experts. No matter what the research 'proved' I would find countless studies showing the exact opposite. One I was listening to a podcast while blending my morning shake. As if on queue, just as I was adding my spinach to mix the podcast guest sternly advised to NEVER eat raw spinach. At this point I had heard enough and decided to test for myself what approach to fitness worked best for me and my goals. These are my experiments.
