With the Human Experiment, we are testing different fitness theories, topics, and programs in an extremely controlled environment to determine how they actually affect my body without any other factors having an influence on the results. This removes the biases that cause people to believe their program is best, despite no real evidence. We will find out what fitness principles really work and what effects they have.
