The Paleo Diet is the world's most popular diet. The diet boasts an impressive range of health benefits, ranging from fat loss and muscle building, to improving skin and reducing disease. Pretty impressive. The Paleo Diet is based on the concept that we should eat a diet that mimics the foods consumed by our hunter gatherer ancestors, the foods we evolved eating. A wide range of health benefits like those offered by the Paleo Diet usually don't come without a cost. But what is this cost? Is it that the diet is so restrictive it's nearly impossible to feel satisfied? Or is it a financial cost where the food is very expensive? Or does Paleo not yield the results that it claims?
