Learning how to eat Paleo can seem like a difficult task. There are so many blogger's, author's, and self-proclaimed experts on the topic that it can you can become overwhelmed with contradicting theories on what foods are Paleo. From the countless hours I have spent researching Paleo I have created a very simple framework for how to eat paleo. That way you can make your own decisions on whether or not a food should be eaten. In summary, eat all meats and meat products excluding dairy (at least initially), eat all vegetables and pure vegetable products (exluding vegetable oil), and eat all fruits and pure fruit products (excluding cereal grains and legumes).
